About the Role
As an Interactive Applications Support Engineer, you will work with a global support team to provide technical and functional assistance for Esko’s Interactive Applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Esko Interactive Applications.
- Troubleshoot software configuration, usage, and integration issues.
- Identify and resolve customer-reported problems.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1+ years of experience in structural design for packaging and/or Esko software support.
- Experience with one or more Esko applications such as ArtiosCAD, ArtPro, ArtPro+, PackEdge, Plato, Cape, DeskPack, i-Cut, Studio, or VDP.
- A qualification in Printing Technology, Structural Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
