About the Role
As a Junior Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting Solutions, you will support the finance team with cost accounting activities, accounting processes, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
The role also involves working with operations teams, maintaining process documentation and learning cost accounting activities under the guidance of experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned cost accounting activities.
- Monitor and follow up on important cost accounting metrics.
- Work with operations teams to identify reasons for metric non-conformances.
- Support process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Post month-end journal entries related to accruals and reclassification in ERP.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Support documentation through the company’s document management system.
- Learn and provide backup support for cost accounting activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- B.Com
- BBA in Finance
- M.Com
- MBA in Finance
